Paris attack may happen in M'sia, warns Hisham

Anonymous_1419577444: I couldn't agree more with Defence Minister Hishammuddin Hussein. We have people who went to join the Islamic State (IS) and returned.

 

We have people who are constantly insisting that their religion and race are under threat (even though they are the ones in control of everything). We have a minister who vouches for a suspected triad member. We have people who had issued ICs (identity cards) to thousands of foreigners.

 

Hisham, what are you going to do about this?

 

Swipenter: Hisham is correct but the authorities are burying their heads in the sand and pretend that none of our youths are being radicalised. Islamic extremism and militancy is the greatest threat to Bolehland.

 

But talking about it is not going to nip the problem nor prevent such a Paris incident from happening. Start taking action on all kinds of extremism, and take steps to stop radicalising our youths.

 

Stop treating the racists and religious bigots with kid’s gloves. Prime Minister Najib Razak's Global Movement of Moderates is good example of all talk and no action, or even worse, of hypocrisy.

 

Suresh Kumar: Hisham, you need Paris and London intelligence agencies to tell you that? Even I can tell you, and I have written about these existential threats long ago.

 

If you are truly serious with your words then haul up all the radicalised youth, including women, and the extremists and religious bigots roaming the country immediately.

AJ: Yes, another reason for Hishammuddin to go on a buying spree. Buy more useless stuff at more than 10 times the market value. Take the taxpayers for another ride.

 

Every time there is the slightest apparent problem, the only fix seems is to buy more stuff. We don't have human capital that can sort things out.

 

Look at the hospitals, they are unbelievably overcrowded with patients having to sit in the chair for more than two days before they can be moved to a vacant bed.

But that will never happen, because the manipulators of Islam, those who claim they are the only ones who truly understand Islam, rely on indoctrination to maintain their power and wealth.

 

What's a few thousand lives compared to that?

 

Truth Prevails: We have to bring back the peace and racial unity we enjoyed in the initial years of achieving independence (Merdeka) from the British and subsequent to that the formation of Malaysia, which has now vanished into thin air (like MAS flight MH370).

 

With racial discrimination at its peak and corruption and money laundering everywhere, I dread that this beautiful country of ours will see no peace.

 

Therefore the only way out is to get rid of Perkasa, Isma, Pekida and the whole lot who is out to damage the good relations we have as a multiracial peace-loving citizens of Malaysia.

Fair&Just : The die is cast. Hisham's words are too little, too late. The government here is an incompetent one. I am dreading the day when the carnage happens.
