Bills involving people's well-being to be tabled
Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak said the government will table in Parliament this year various bills and motions involving its responsibility of ensuring the people's well-being.
In his Facebook page today, Najib said the bills and motions to be tabled also pertained to ensuring continuity of the country's long-standing democratic practice.

Najib, who uploaded two pictures of him attending the opening of the first meeting of the third session of the 13th Parliament today, also wished all the lawmakers a good parliamentary sitting.
Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah opened the meeting.
The Dewan Rakyat sitting this time will be for 20 days, from today until April 9, and the Dewan Negara will sit from April 13 to 28.
