Senior lawyer‎ Muhammad Shafee Abdullah has obtained an ex-parte injunction from the High Court in Kuala Lumpur to stop the Malaysian Bar from discussing a motion on his conduct tomorrow.

The senior counsel named fellow senior lawyer Tommy Thomas and former Court of Appeal judge VC George - who tabled the motion for the Bar's annual general meeting (AGM) - as respondents.
