All Felda top leadership throughout the country today expressed their solid support for the leadership of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

Felda chairperson Mohd Isa Abdul Samad said the top leadership in the 11 regional land development areas pledged to stand strongly under the leadership of Najib who had contributed a lot all this while to develop Felda and the livelihood of the settler communities since he led Felda in 2004.

“The deeds of the prime minister for the Felda community since he first led Felda in 2004 will not be forgotten and we sincerely give our continued support to his leadership,” he said.

He disclosed this when met after calling a special meeting with the settlers’ leadership at Felda Keratong 3 in Rompin today.

At the meeting, Mohd Isa received a memorandum signifying the support of the Felda community for the prime minister’s leadership handed over by the new representative of the Felda new generation, Dr Shamsul Anwar.

In addition to the settler heads in the 11 regional land development schemes, Najib also received the support of the Malaysian Felda Youth Council (MBFM), Gerakan Persatuan Wanita (GPW) Felda and Gabungan Pemikir Profesional Felda (Gaprof).

Mohd Isa felt that all the criticisms made by former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad were his personal rights.
