A woman was sentenced to one month's jail by the a magistrate's court in Kuala Lumpur today after she pleaded guilty for offering sex services to a policeman.
A woman was sentenced to one month's jail by the a magistrate's court in Kuala Lumpur today after she pleaded guilty for offering sex services to a policeman.
Magistrate Mohd Rehan Mohd Aris ordered Lee Cheong How, 34, to serve the jail term from the date of her arrest on April 13.
Lee was charged with offering sex services to Inspector Ahmad Nazri Mohd Adnan, 37, in front of a hotel on Jalan Raja Laut, Dang Wangi, at 10.05am on April 13.
Lee, who was not represented, admitted to committing the offence under Section 372 (B) of the Penal Code, which carries a one-year jail or fine or both.
Prosecuting Officer Inspector Zuraimi Kamarozzaman appeared for the prosecution.
