Sarawak PAS commissioner dies of stroke
Sarawak PAS commissioner Adam Ahid, 66, died at about 3.20am today, three days after being admitted to the National Heart Institute, Kota Samarahan, following a stroke.
Sarawak PAS information head Muhamad Shokri Ahmad Fauzi said he was made to understand that Adam would be buried at the Semariang Muslim Cemetery in Kuching before the zohor prayers.
He said that PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, who happened to be in Kuching, had time to visit Adam at the institute late last night.
