Tajudddin needled to go ahead and slap Chinese
Deputy Agriculture and Agro-Industry Minister Tajuddin Abdul Rahman should go ahead with his alleged threat to slap the Chinese, a DAP member said today.
Pahang DAP member Zulhasmi Shariff said the minister should do it and see what happens.

"In my personal opinion, I think he should just go ahead and slap (the Chinese) and see what happens," he quipped.
On a more serious note, Zulhasmi said Tajuddin should act like a proper deputy minister instead of issuing such statements.

, meanwhile, called for Islamic retrospective on the issue.
"Since he is the Pasir Salak MP, the Perak mufti should give him some advice," he said.
Yesterday, Tajuddin warned the Chinese community not to take their grouses outside of the country or risked getting slapped .
"Nak kena lempang macam itu (Going to get a slap, if like that)," Tajuddin had said at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur.
He had also called on the Chinese to stop 'fantasising' about external powers coming forward to defend them.
He has denied uttering these remarks, saying they were beneath him.
