The Third Meeting of the Third Session of the 13th Parliament will convene on Oct 19, according to a statement from parliament.

It said the Dewan Rakyat would sit for 25 days from Oct 19 to Dec 3 and the Dewan Negara, for 10 days from Dec 7 to 22.

Prime Minister and Finance Minister Najib Abdul Razak would table Budget 2016 in the Dewan Rakyat on Oct 23, it said.

The two houses will sit from 10am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 5.30pm from Monday to Thursday, the statement said.
