The Magistrate’s Court today extended by seven more days the remand of a family of four over the investigation into several murders in Tapah.
Magistrate Nurul Nadia Abdul Razak issued the remand order against a 57-year-old man, his 54-year-old wife and their sons, aged 20 and 17.
The four suspects, in police lockup attire, were brought to the court at 8.15am by several policemen.
They were then taken to the Tapah district police headquarters to be rearrested and brought back to the court at 10.35am.
Police had arrested the four on Oct 26 following a report on the disappearance of a 46-year-old man in Kampung Sungai Lah, Chenderiang, near Tapah on Aug 25.
