Gagged, Mustafa tells 'traitor' Khalid to spill beans on Umno meet
Former PAS secretary-general Mustafa Ali has asked his former colleague Khalid Samad to reveal details of PAS' meeting with Umno shortly after the 2008 general election.
Mustafa asked this of Khalid, who has been branded a 'traitor' by PAS for joining splinter party Parti Amanah Negara, after PAS imposed a gag order on him.
"He was one of those who attended the meeting (with Umno) but he is no longer a PAS member now, so he is not subjected to the PAS secretary-general's order," Mustafa said in a statement today.

He asked Khalid to shed light on who had called for the meeting, why PAS was willing to meet with Umno, and what was discussed and also the outcome of that meeting.
PAS secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan on Thursday disallowed Mustafa from speaking on the matter in public.
Mustafa had initially agreed to a public debate with rebel PAS leader Husam Musa after Husam accused PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang of wanting to conspire with Umno.
Mustafa, who is now PAS election director, expressed regret at not being allowed to debate with Husam as he was no longer representing the PAS leadership and was to do it in his personal capacity.
He added that he had wanted to clarify the situation due to lies and slander being hurled about PAS' relationship with Umno.
