Only Gani can shed light on Kevin’s ‘charge sheet’

YOURSAY | ‘The alleged charge sheet against Najib did exist. We all know that.’

File police report if you have proof, PMO aide tells Charles

Democracy: Charles Morais has already revealed to the inspector-general of police (IGP) what is in the pen drive.

He said the pen drive contains all the investigations that his murdered brother, Kevin, was working on. In particular, the one on PM and his wife.

If this is so, these records must also be in the Attorney-General's office which the police can easily recover.

Why the need to threaten Charles since he may be the police's key witness. This very act shows the IGP is biased.

Vijay47: What a terrible position the Morais family is in. First, they lose a brother in the most tragic of mysterious and criminal circumstances and then they encounter manoeuvres apparently by people in high places to cause further schisms within the Morais clan.

Act ll: Enter the jester. We next have the IGP himself suggesting that Charles surrender the smoking-gun pen drive to the police.

This brother may be distraught over the goings-on, but I don't think he has taken leave of his senses, not after the episodes of murdered Mongolian woman Altantuya Shaariibuu, the late private eye P Balasubramaniam, and Hussain Ahmad Najadi, who was gunned down.

Yet there is one person who can shed further light or even reveal the truth on this murder most foul - former AG Abdul Gani Patail.

While not wishing you ill-will, Gani, remember, your mortal innings may be fast drawing to a close.

This would be time to make atonement for your many misdeeds and to bring justice to those who have been grievously wronged.

Forget your titles and your pension, at least now serve a higher calling and be damned the consequences.

Odin Tajué: For goodness' sake, Prime Minister’s Office aide Rizal Mansor, it is not a question of if.

It is true that Charles has evidence. He is not a fool like the person I am addressing myself to cook up something of this nature. It is on the pen drive, thumb drive, left-hand drive, right-hand drive or whatever-name-you-want-to-call-it drive.

As for your asking him to report to the police and the AG, one can only say, yeah, right.

Gani, I join Vijay47 in calling on you to make amends for your past misdeeds, whether assumed or otherwise, by coming out and spill all the beans.

The alleged charge sheet did exist. We all know that. You were about to charge Najib. We all know that. You were treated like a leprous pariah by being locked out of your office and given the marching orders. We all know that.

What more are you waiting for?

Anonymous 2382691446270111: Anyone can make allegation, anyone can make SD which can favourable to them, but please come up with evidence to support the allegation.

I think the right person to clarify this accusation is the ex-AG.

Anonymous_4056: Please leave Gani to enjoy his retirement pension. Can't anyone see how Gani is as quiet as a mouse, minding his own business now?

Can you remember or able to count the escalating collateral casualties pertaining to the 1MDB issue?

And it is not finished yet with more to come. Besides, can anyone trust IGP Khalid Abu Bakar and AG Mohamed Apandi Ali to handle this case following these new developments as suggested by Rizal. I don't know whether to cry or laugh over this matter.

Anonymous 1392376429: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) had said that the purported draft of the charge sheet against the prime minister was unfounded because the investigation on the SRC International Sdn Bhd was still ongoing and had yet to be sent to the AG’s Chambers.

So, if investigation is still on-going even up to today, how is it possible that the late Kevin was preparing a charge sheet then?

MACC needs to complete the investigation and then pass the file over to AG before he can decide on whether to file charges.

P Dev Anand Pillai: There is no use making police reports. Who trusts the prosecution in this country anyway? The integrity of these enforcement departments is in itself in question.

It is best that Charles stays overseas and seeks protection there as with information like this, no one is safe here.

Anonyxyz: File police report? This is the best joke in Malaysia.

Turvy: “Will you walk into my parlour?” said the Spider to the Fly.

“’Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy; the way into my parlour is up a winding stair, and I've a many curious things to show when you are there.”

“Oh no, no,” said the little Fly, “to ask me is in vain, for who goes up your winding stair can ne'er come down again.”
