Jan 7 re-mention for Kevin Morais murder case
The case involving seven individuals including an army doctor allegedly responsible for the murder of deputy public prosecutor Anthony Kevin Morais has been fixed for re-mention on Jan 7.
Magistrate Siti Radzeah Kamarudin set the date after deputy public prosecutor Abdul Razak Musa told the court that certain relevant documents have not been obtained.
G Gunasekaran, 43; R Dinishwaran, 23; A Thinesh Kumar, 22; M Vishwanath, 25; S Nimalan, 22; and S Ravichandaran, 34, are accused of killing Anthony Kevin along Jalan Dutamas Raya Sentul to No1 Jalan USJ1/6D, Subang Jaya.
They allegedly committed the offence between 7am and 8pm on Sept 4, 2015.
Colonel Dr R Kunaseegaran, 52, a pathologist, is accused of abetment in the alleged killing at the same place, time and date.
