It will not be sub judice for Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to speak in Parliament on the controversial RM2.6 billion donation which went into his personal accounts, National Human Rights Society president S Ambiga said today.

"I beg to disagree. It is not sub judice ," said Ambiga when met at Parliament.
