So RM2.6b ‘not a big issue’ for Umno
YOURSAY | ‘A man gets jail for stealing a few thousands and you say RM2.6b not an issue?’
'Whack Najib and we'll whack you back 10 times'
Kalvin Rekhraj:
What kind of a party is Umno? A nobody comes along and threatens the deputy president and advises a former prime minister to accept whatever the president wishes to do.
And for him to state that billions credited into PM Najib Abdul Razak's personal account was not a big issue goes to show that cash is king in Umno.
Anonymous #12566075: This Penang Umno delegate shows the quality of current Umno representatives.
Musa Sheikh Fadzir, no words can describe your ignorance, stupidity, lack of integrity and dignity. You belong to people living inside remote jungle.
CQ Muar: Penang Umno is full of empty vessels, and they love to capture attention with their stupid antics hoping to gain brownie points from Najib.
Such threats made against a former deputy prime minister just show how illiterate these buffoons are.
GE14Now!: This is what happens when these moronic people have terrible examples to follow. This whacking business was started by a certain leader called Nazri Abdul Aziz.
Musa’s statement does not sound like advice at all. This smacks of a threat, but it is demonstrative of how many thugs there are in Umno. Perhaps it should be rebranded to Whackno.
Anonymous_1375701728: RM2.6 billion is not an issue? A man gets jail for stealing a few thousand ringgit, or if hudud is introduced, his limb is chopped off, and you say it is not an issue?
Anonymous 350791436750385: "Where he wants to put the money is up to him," said Musa.
That is true if it is his money but the RM2.6 billion, whose money is it? You are not the least interested because some of it could have gone to you as well, isn't it?
SameSame: This country is run and ruined by these types of people who have no integrity and an honest bone in them.
Enough said, they are doomed.
Mushiro: The Umno delegates are willing to forgive Najib for the RM42 billion 1MDB debt and the RM2.6 billion donation because it is not their money, they are not sincere and not bothered about the loss to the nation and race, and they are very well-greased by Najib to close one eye and keep supporting him.
Najib: I'm a gentleman, come and meet me
Mojo Jojo: Would a gentleman put his critics in jail under Sosma (Security Offences [Special Measures] Act)? No.
Would a gentleman introduce and enact autocratic provisions such as the National Security Council (NSC) Bill in Parliament? No.
Would a gentleman sack his detractor-cum-deputy president from the cabinet and forbid him from speaking at the party's AGM? No.
Would a gentleman cling onto power if his name is associated with so many unsavoury scandals like the source and the current location of the RM2.6 billion ‘donation’, and the whereabouts of missing funds from 1MDB? No.
Najib, you're no gentleman. You don't even know what the word gentleman means.
To so many of us, you are nothing more than an autocratic villain bent on staying in power regardless of what happens to this country.
Rupert16: Instead, Najib, you are a coward many times over. You didn't show up at the last parliamentary session to explain the RM2.6 billion ‘donation’ as promised, dare not appear in the ‘Nothing to Hide’ forum as well as dare not sue The Wall Street Journal despite saying you will.
Nila: It is clear that Umno delegates and the ground are behind Najib. As the leader in Umno, he will surely give his best to serve the party and the people.
The opposition is using allegations such as the 1MDB and the RM2.6 billion issues to demoralise Umno. But at the end of the day, it is Pakatan which is in trouble.
MacMac: Please speak like a gentleman and tell all Malaysians about your massive donation. Speak the truth and shame the devil. Clearly, Najib has huge trust deficiency.
Mosquitobrain: Mr Gentleman Najib, we've problems - the 1MDB fiascos and RM2.6 billion donations.
Even your supporters and paid cybertroopers admitted that we'd kept repeating and asking, but you dilly-dally and cannot give the rakyat genuine answers.
Ericlcc: It is so depressing to read what Najib has to say.
I hope our king of stand-up comedian Harith Iskandar can come up with some silly jokes on this one so at least we can still laugh at the whole episode.
