Residents in Taman Tempua Bestari and Gumut Tambahan in Hulu Selangor will experience low water pressure and water disruption between 8am and 9pm on Jan 12, Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) said today.

This was due to the cleaning work at the balancing reservoir, the ongoing effort to improve the efficiency of the water treatment system at the Kalumpang water treatment plant, it said in a statement.

“Consumers are advised to store sufficient water before Jan 12. Every effort will be undertaken to expedite the cleaning work for earlier recovery of water supply to the affected areas,” it said.
