Doc: It appears that the Malays have been getting conned by Malay political parties for decades but only recently have they woken up to the reality that they have been duped by their own kind.

How they will they react to this revelation is left to be seen. Will they band together to do something to improve their worsening situation at the hands of Umno and their cronies or will they just accept these worsening hardships as takdir and bite the bullet?

Fair Play: S Thayaparan, of course giving Umno the middle finger through the ballot box is the only thing left to do.

But how if it is already chopped off from the majority community? And the other communities cannot grow one or two or three middle fingers to compensate.

Unafraid: The Malays must decide to break out of their sheltered confines that they are so accustomed to as a result of the privileges accorded to them. They must break free of the handout mentality and instead tap into their own abilities to succeed in life.

They can do it if they have the desire to do so. If not, they will forever be seen as high dependency units that need special care all the time. It is certainly not healthy to continue this way.

It is time for the Malays to break out of their clutches of race and religion and learn to stand on their own feet. They will then earn the respect of the outside world.

RR: The election system and procedures must be clean and fair for elections to be acceptable by the people.

In this country there must be massive efforts by opposition Malay parties to enlighten the Malay rural folks of ills of corruption and cronyism that have benefited only those Malays in position and power.

The opposition Malay parties have a lot of work to do on the grounds and they themselves must be united for the well-being of the Malays in future. They must be instruments of Allah for change, besides praying.

6th Generation Immigrant: How does one (anyone not from Umno) rehabilitate almost three generations (70 years) of brainwashing, retardation, false elations and a fully-subsidised environment from the Malays? This problem will not go away in the near future.

If they are, for example, the ones classified as the "haves" today, any honest remedial actions will surely include plans similar to those from the "have nots" and these shall always remain a fear factor for the Malays - a very successful Umno tactic which has worked till today.

LBS: A few corrupted and false Malay Muslim leaders have indeed pawned the honour, integrity, dignity and pride of the local Malays because of their selfish and greedy misdeeds.

It is really sad, but pray that Allah will guide and bring them back from their cheating and corrupted misdeeds.

Confusion after China firm says paid less for Bdr M'sia stake

Wg321: Who is telling the truth? China Railway Group Ltd said they paid RM5.28 billion for the 60 percent equity in Bandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd but 1MDB said they received RM7.41 billion for the same deal.

Since China Railway Group Ltd officially informed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that they only paid RM5.28 billion for the deal, I believed that China Railway Group Ltd is telling the truth.

Odin Tajué: There is a simple explanation for all this. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) - ahem! - doctored the papers submitted by the China Railway Group to discredit 1MDB and topple the Malaysian government.

The inspector-general of police must now request Interpol to issue a warrant of arrest to be served on HKEx and extradite it to Malaysia.
