The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has fixed Feb 24 for mention of lawyer Matthias Chang and former Umno leader Khairuddin Abu Hassan's alleged sabotaging financial institutions charge, which was initially placed under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act or Sosma.

Justice Azman Abdullah fixed the date after stating that the notes of proceedings are ready for the prosecution's appeal.
