A traditional medicine practitioner pleaded not guilty at the Magistrate’s Court in Teluk Intan today to a charge of molesting a patient earlier this month.

Roslan Omar, 44, is accused of committing the offence on a 31-year-old woman during treatment at his home, near Teluk Intan, between 3am and 6am, on Jan 2.

The prosecution was conducted by deputy public prosecutor, Safiyatun Ahmadun.

Magistrate Siti Hanum Mohmad Sah set bail at RM3,000 with one surety and fixed Feb 4 for re-mention and the appointment of a lawyer.
