Saiful: Am I not human, what about my rights?

In your case, your claim that you were a victim is what bugs us. If former opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim had indeed caused his manhood to penetrate your person through the orifice in your nether region, it would have been a consensual sex act, for three reasons:

1) you had KY Jelly with you;

2) you could have fought him off, but you did not; and

3) that act does not seem to have been the only one you have had with him.

As far as we are concerned, you were a tool used by PM Najib Razak to incriminate Anwar. Najib's story and yours were inconsistent. For example, he first denied having met you, and then when caught later, admitted he had.

Like those whom you served, you have no sense of shame at all. Most of the populace has come to know you've been selling your anus. That obviously doesn't bother you. Even my dogs have a feeling of shame.

Voice: Saiful, a normal and rational victim will immediately lodge a police report without any second thought and go for medical examination if he wants the culprit punished. This is the only way to preserve the evidence.

The fact that you can hold back from defecating for more than two days, and look for a top leader to find justice for you is unbelievable. So, you can’t blame us when we say Anwar is a political prisoner.

Mushiro: You have not proven in the court of public perception that you are the victim. First, you met Najib and his wife Rosmah Mansor at their house days before the alleged incident. This is a real feat.

Then you called then inspector-general of police (IGP) Musa Hasan - another great feat. You also did not attempt to fight back a 64-year-old man whom you claimed to have sodomised you.

Then you puzzled us all by bringing a tube of KY Jelly. On top of all these, you proved the character you are by allegedly having an affair with a staff of the attorney-general's office, while you are supposed to be engaged to someone else.

So it will take a big effort to convince rationale people. You must understand that the whole of the government machinery was used against Anwar - the police, the doctors, and a hired prosecutor, Muhammad Shafee Abdullah.

Donplaypuks: The charge was consensual sex, but in court Saiful testified that it was non-consensual. The judge refused to dismiss the case for the contradiction.

Two days before the alleged incident, Saiful went to see Najib at his home while senior lawyer and later appointed lead prosecutor Shafee was there. He then spoke to the police chief and senior assistant commissioner Rodwan Mohd Yusof.

An assistant deputy public prosecutor (DPP) was removed from the trial for allegedly having an affair with Saiful. Najib lied twice he had never met Saiful.

Inspector Jude Pereira illegally removed DNA samples from the freezer of the Chemistry Department, and after 96 hours, produced samples that had not degraded. No conspiracy? My ass!

GE14Now!: How could you possibly be the victim? If you said that he had sodomised you a number of times, and yet you kept on being with him, you are not a victim, you had made your choice (if what you alleged actually did happen, that is).

The fact that most courts of law would have thrown out your allegedly fabricated evidence during the trial seems to have been lost on you. Perhaps you are human, but you are as corrupt as the rest of the people in Umno.

Hang Babeuf: Yes, Saiful, you too are human. But you are not in jail. You are not confined there, excluded from general society, because of official vindictiveness.

Yet you dare appeal for sympathy on the back of Anwar's monstrous suffering. You are a disgrace. A nullity. You have no moral sense. No sense of proportion, no decency. No proper human feeling. No shame.

Appum: I pity your family and your future children when they found out later what you have done to a potential leader to make him and his family suffer so much.

You may live comfortably now with all the rewards you received but wait for the day karma catched up with you. If not you, your children will suffer for your actions.

P Dev Anand Pillai: Saiful, if we only had a judiciary that was independent and a prosecution that was credible and impartial, your accusation would have been thrown out long ago.

Just accept the fact that you played your part in the script well.

Notsoshiningarmour: Human beings do not set up such vicious traps to trap other human beings. If you are human as you say (you are), you are a despicable one.

It is apparent you got richly rewarded for your part in jailing an innocent man, a father and a national leader and allowed the nation to be ruled by a tyrannical regime.

Real Truth: Saiful, let me tell you, even the great Dr Mahathir Mohamad is facing karma for all the evil he did to Anwar. It will be soon you, too, will suffer the same fate.
