MACC gets remand order for two cops over re-selling of cloned car

Two of the three policemen from the Criminal Intelligence Branch (D4) detained by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) yesterday are being remanded for investigation into a case involving the re-selling of a cloned car.
Negri Sembilan MACC director Shaharom Nizam Abd Manap said the two policemen, aged 36 and 54, would be in remand for seven days from today.
The third policeman, aged 27, will be released this evening, he said in Seremban today.
The three policemen were detained at 2.30pm at a restaurant near Seremban yesterday.
