May 20 hearing for Zaid's bid to cross-examine AG's witnesses
The Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed May 20 to hear former de facto law minister Zaid Ibrahim's application to quiz several witnesses from attorney-general Mohamed Apandi Ali who is opposed to his judicial review application.
Justice Hanipah Farikullah fixed the date in chambers after meeting the parties.
Zaid's lawyer Americk Sidhu said the date was fixed to facilitate the hearing of Zaid's application to cross-examine the witnesses.
