Police in Pahang have been offered a RM100 ringgit reward if they arrest people who try to bribe them, a senior officer said today.

Ramli Yusuff, police chief in Pahang, was quoted by the official Bernama news agency as saying the scheme aims to reward integrity.

Ramli said the sum would be paid after a court has passed judgment in an attempted bribery case.

"I will personally hand over the reward to the personnel concerned," he added.
