Rafizi had repeated his allegations that Nazim was a beneficiary of Mara's Dudley House scandal.
Rafizi had claimed that Mara had overpaid by A$4.75 million (RM14 million) and the money flowed to three companies, citing court documents filed in Australia.
He had also claimed the court documents had named Nazim.
"I do not gain any benefit from any of these companies, let alone from the Dudley House transaction.
"And I have no hesitation to make this declaration under oath," Nazim said.
