A 26-year-old woman was raped and robbed in her house at Jalan Gasing, Petaling Jaya, last Friday, Selangor police CID chief Mohd Adnan Abdullah said today.

He said in the 8am incident the victim was getting ready for work when five men appeared in a Perodua Myvi.

"Three of the suspects armed with machetes and wearing face masks entered the house which was not locked,” he said at a press conference in Shah Alam today.

"One of suspects pulled the victim to a room and raped her while the other two ransacked her home.

"We are still tracking down the suspects and the case will be investigated under Sections 394 and 376 of the Penal Code," Mohd Adnan said.
