Umno information chief Annuar Musa will meet with all the information chiefs of BN component parties on Wednesday, to discuss issues pertaining to the tabling of the Private Member's Bill on the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) (Amendment) 2016.

Annuar said the meeting, scheduled to take place at the BN headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, would also involve syariah law experts to resolve any misunderstandings against the Bill tabled by PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang at the Dewan Rakyat recently.

He said the issue should be resolved in the spirit of BN, which was filled with a culture of mutual respect among the component parties.

"We shall discuss like brothers and sisters, in the spirit of BN, we should not be emotional," he told reporters after a programme with outstanding Mara students at Maktab Mara Kuala Kangsar today.
