COMMENT Immediately after the two by-elections, I received an email note from a savvy opposition leader analysing the results in Perak. It was an excellent and succinct summary of the outcome in Kuala Kangsar. Because it was a personal note, I am not at liberty to quote or reveal the details.

However, I agree with and can share the conclusion which is well recognised by every opposition leader and supporter in the country.
