The number of evacuees in the districts of Yan and Pendang dropped to 192 as at 4pm today from 281 in the morning, and they are being housed at three relief centres.

State Disaster Management Committee Secretariat Officer Major (PA) Imran Azemi said that in Yan, 48 people were at the surau of Kampung Batu 22 and 47 at the surau of Kampung Sungai Lintang.

In Pendang, 97 people were being accommodated at the Cenderawasih hall.
