The Sessions Court in Penang today acquitted Seri Delima assemblyperson RSN Rayer on his sedition charge on the ‘celaka Umno’ remark he uttered inside the state legislative assembly.

Sessions Court judge Ibrahim Osman said the prosecution failed to prove a prima facie case against Rayer.
