Public transport drivers have been reminded not to 'hunt' for Pokemon while on duty.
Transport Deputy Minister Ab Aziz Kaprawi said their permit and driving licence can be suspended, should an accident occur.
He said the action can be taken under the Road Transport Act 1987 for endangering the lives of passengers.
He said a RM300 fine could also be slapped on drivers using mobile phone while driving.
"I warn all drivers, especially those involved in public transport, to prioritise the safety of their passengers and other road users," he told Bernama when asked to comment on the 'Pokemon Go' application.
