If the opposition believes that it can take over 45 seats currently held by BN, Selangor Umno chief Noh Omar said he is similarly confident that the federal government can reclaim its two-thirds majority come next 14th general election.

Noh told reporters in Sungai Buloh today that anybody can express their confidence in winning an election.
