Police did not find any drug when they raided the house of a popular actor in Serdang on Friday.

Serdang District Police chief ACP Megat Mohd Aminuddin Megat Alias said the raid was carried out after police received a complaint claiming his house was being used to store drugs.

“Police raided the house on Friday at about 1am following a complaint. During the raid, there were several women in the house, but the 34-year-old actor was not in.

“They could be the actor’s friends. Police inspected the house but did not find any drug," he said when contacted by Bernama in Kuala Lumpur today.

Meanwhile, the actor’s manager, known as Azlin, declined to comment on the issue, saying that it was a personal matter.

Prior to this, the local media reported that the actor had received a death threat from a man who was believed to be working for a prominent woman.

Several local media reported that the actor, who is still single, had lodged a police report on the matter at the Kota Damansara Police Station in Kuala Lumpur recently.
