The Conference of Rulers are unlikely to intervene in the administration despite receiving the Citizens' Declaration calling for the ouster of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak ouster, said Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.

PAS' Pokok Sena MP Mahfuz Omar yesterday urged the rulers to at least acknowledge the declaration and that there is loss of faith in Najib as PM.
