Malaysians competing in the Dodgeball World Championships in Melbourne, Australia yesterday have won medals in both its men’s and women’s divisions.

According the championship’s official Facebook page last night, Malaysia’s women’s team edged out over Canada for its first gold medal by a razor-thin margin of 6-5, while the US team settled for bronze.

Meanwhile, the Malaysian men’s team garnered the silver medal after being defeated at the finals last night by the Canadian team. The Australian team won the bronze medal for the men’s division.
