PARLIAMENT Whether or not questions relating to the US Department of Justice's (DOJ) lawsuit on 1MDB during the Budget 2017 debate are sub judice will only be determined when such questions are asked.

Gobind Singh Deo (DAP-Puchong) had sought a ruling on the matter, as 33 oral questions on the DOJ case had been ruled as sub judice.

However, Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia said today, he was unable to make a ruling as the questions had yet to be asked.
