If Selangor Umno had appointed an opposition leader in the state, it could have investigated the Skim Mesra Usia Emas (SMUE) instead of Sungai Besar Umno chief Jamal Md Yunos staging protests.

This was pointed out by Selangor DAP Wanita chief Hannah Yeoh, who advised Jamal to get his party to appoint a leader.

“Rather than misplacing his energy by staging protests, Jamal should advise Selangor Umno to name an opposition leader,” the Selangor state assembly speaker told a press conference in Damansara Utama today.
