Police have detained three students in Sungai Petani, Kedah for suspected involvement in gangster activities.

This was confirmed by inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar in a posting on his official Twitter account today.

He said the police will arrest more students and ex-students involved in such activities.

"Congratulations Kedah @PDRMsia on the arrest of three students/ex-students in Sungai Petani for involvement in gangster activities. More will be arrested. #GoPDRMGo," he said.
