A moderate lifestyle with less food, no alcohol and no cigarettes are the secret to the amazing health enjoyed by former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
"When I am asked about my health, that's all. I do not smoke, I don't drink (alcohol) either. I take a moderate diet, no matter how delicious the food," he said in a live Facebook question and answer session.
He was asked by a netizen how is it that he could stand up during prayer time, while many people younger than him are forced to sit.
