Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak has expressed gratitude to a China-based contractor for building an eco-friendly Kuala Lumpur sewage treatment plant on time.

“I express (my) gratitude to Beijing Enterprise Water Group Ltd because it delivered the project on time.

“I was made to understand they stayed focused on the project together with local partners,” he said when officially opening the Pantai 2 sewage treatment plant (Pantai2 STD) this evening.
