PAS wants to engage with liberals, but not with 'immoral' LGBT

PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said his party will hold more dialogue sessions with "liberals" who have often criticised his party.

However, Tuan Ibrahim insisted that as Muslims, there are certain principles that cannot be compromised.

"We can be tolerant about things that do not go against our principles.

"But on issues such as LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender), these are clearly against Islam," he told journalists during a PAS breaking of fast event with the media in Kuala Lumpur this evening...
