Police are expected to question a man, who is believed to be an aide to a DAP assemblyperson in Penang, today in connection with an alleged sex crime involving a waitress.

Northeast district police chief Anuar Omar said the case is being investigated under Section 354 of the Penal Code which concerns “assault or use of criminal force to a person with intent to outrage modesty”.
