The chances of Pakatan Harapan being made an official coalition by the Registrar of Societies are "colder than water", said DAP organising secretary Anthony Loke.

Harapan had submitted its draft constitution to the ROS on July 24 and its logo on July 28.The coalition immediately received feedback on the logo, which it then amended and resubmitted on July 31.
There has been no further development on the matter since.
In light of this, Loke said Harapan will be meeting soon to discuss their next step.
He said Harapan must also finalise their seat negotiations soon, as he believed Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak may call for snap elections in October.
Loke said Najib will likely make the announcement when he returns from his US trip.
Najib will be going to the US this month, and has a meeting with President Donald Trump scheduled on Sept 12.
