The court has fixed a date for Khairuddin Abu Hassan’s lawsuit against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and his deputy Ahmad Zahid Hamidi for violating their oath of office, just one day after it was filed.

Khairuddin's lawyer Syed Iskandar Syed Jaffar Al Mahdzar told Malaysiakini that the Kuala Lumpur High Court fixed case management for Oct 12.
