Pastor Koh admitted that he was a 'marked man', inquiry told

The abducted pastor Raymond Koh had agreed when he was told that he was a "marked man", according to Harapan Komuniti director Sri Ram KS Gopala Iyer.

He said that when he last met Koh in Shah Alam on Jan 8, Koh was complaining about the stress over the harassment he faced since the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) raided a Harapan Komuniti event in 2011.

The event was a fundraising dinner for the charity and was held in a hall on the premises of the Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC). Some of the guests had been Muslims.

“I told him you should have known since DUMC. You are a marked man,” he told a Human Rights Commission (Suhakam) public hearing today...
