PKR MP dares Husni to repeat sodomy remark

Former Finance Minister II Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah has been challenged to repeat his allegations against jailed opposition figure Anwar Ibrahim outside the Dewan Rakyat.

Sungai Petani MP Johari Abdul said Husni had to do so because Anwar was not able to defend himself in the Dewan Rakyat when the allegation was made last Wednesday.

At the time, according to the Hansard, Husni had criticised several opposition leaders after praising Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak by claiming that the latter was poised to leave a "zero corruption" legacy.

At one point, Husni accused Anwar of being a sodomite and said: "Sodomy. He was involved with my anak buah"...
