A man who was dressed in a "suicide bomber" outfit for a Halloween party at a condominium in Damansara Perdana on Oct 28, was arrested by the police yesterday.

Petaling Jaya police chief Mohd Zani Che Din said a resident at the condominium who encountered the man in the lift informed the police.

He said such attire was a sensitive issue to the general public after recent events had been linked to Islamic State militants.

The suspect in his 30s will be investigated under Section 506 of the Penal Code.
