A man who had dressed up as a suicide bomber for a Halloween party at a condominium in Damansara on Oct 28, surrendered today at the Petaling Jaya police headquarters near here. 

Petaling Jaya police chief, ACP Mohd Zani Che Din said the 35-year-old suspect from Sana'a, Yemen turned himself in at about 6pm.

In a statement today, he said the suspect would be remanded tomorrow.

The case is being investigated under Section 506 of the Penal Code.
