Lim Guan Eng has retained his post as DAP secretary-general in its re-election of the party's central executive committee (CEC).

The Penang chief minister came in third in the CEC polls earlier today, with 1,180 votes.

Tan Kok Wai was elected as the party's national chairperson, after serving as acting chairperson following his predecessor’s Karpal Singh’s death.
