Husam in the dark over son's drug arrest
Amanah vice-president Husam Musa is in the dark over his son's arrest for allegedly possessing 200 'pil kuda' (methamphetamine pills).
"I only learned that my son had been remanded at the Kota Bharu court this evening when someone sent an image of the Malaysiakini report through WhatsApp," Husam said in a statement tonight.
He said police did not inform him about the arrest, nor was he informed that his son was being remanded at court today.

The Salor assemblyperson said the only thing he has learned is that his son was arrested yesterday evening by a group of men.
He said he would issue a full statement after he has met his son.
Husam's son was remanded for four days earlier today.
Utusan Malaysia quoted Kota Bharu district police chief Ismail Mat Sidik as saying the 29-year-old had been caught with 200 drug pills in his front right pocket.
