A former tennis coach, currently serving time at the Kajang Prison for another offence, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court in Kuala Lumpur today with outraging the modesty of an 11-year-old boy by touching his private parts four years ago.

Nik Muhamad Nik Ibrahim, 35, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

He was alleged to have committed the offence at a house in Kuala Lumpur at 3pm on December 2013.

Magistrate Maizatul Munirah Abd Rahman set Dec 11 for mention to enable Nik Muhamad to engage a lawyer.
