The Court of Appeal today fixed Feb 19 to hear Anwar Ibrahim's application to strike out Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar's notice of appeal on a defamation suit that the former opposition leader had won.

Together with this, the court will also hear the application from Khairy, who is also Umno Youth chief, to add more documents to his statement of appeal.
